Beef Casserole(Chinese Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook beef until brown and crumbly.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange thawed peas over meat, then cover with celery. Mix together soup, cream, seasonings and onion.
    Pour over celery. Sprinkle with chips or flakes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
