Easy Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. country spareribs
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients in a heavy pan and cook 45 minutes (high heat).
Stir
every 10 minutes until all sauce is gone. Turn to low heat; fat becomes oil.
