Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1 (8 oz.) container strawberry flavor soft cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 (4 oz.) chocolate sq.

Preparation

Slice all but 4 berries.
Mix cream cheese, milk and confectioners sugar until smooth.
In 4 goblets, layer half of sliced berries, then half of cheese mixture.
Repeat.
Garnish with whole berries.
Shave the chocolate bar.
Top each goblet with 1 ounce shaved chocolate.
