New Version Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 peeled apples, sliced thin
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    white loaf bread slices
Preparation
    Place apples in bottom of a 11 x 7-inch baking dish or pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over apples.
    Cover with slices of white loaf bread with crust removed.
    Mix sugar, margarine and egg.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
