Baked Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream
3 c. dry cottage cheese (Ricotta)
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine crumb with next 3 ingredients. Reserve 3/4 cup with spoon.
Press the rest to bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form.
Beat eggs light, slowly beat in 1 cup sugar. Add next 5 ingredients and beat with hand or beater until blended.
Sieve.
Stir in lemon rind.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
Turn off heat, open oven door.
Cool cake in oven for 1 hour.
Don't fret, it will settle.
Chill.
Remove pan sides.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
