Cheese And Chilies Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese (not light or fat-free)
    2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Bring cheeses to room temperature.
    On a sheet of wax paper, roll out Velveeta.
    Divide the cream cheese into small portions and put on top of Velveeta.
    Roll again.
    Spread the green chilies over cheeses.
    Roll up as for a jelly roll.
    Divide into 2 rolls. Serve with crackers.
