Italian Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets, skin and bones removed (about 1/2-inch thick)
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (1 Tbsp. if dry)
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut fish into serving size pieces. Arrange in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with parsley, basil, oregano and pepper.
Top with spaghetti sauce, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily at the thickest part.
