Rice Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. cooked brown or white rice
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Stir in poultry seasoning, salt and cheese; mix with rice.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil.
    Fry rice balls until golden brown; drain.
    Makes about 15 rice balls.
