Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. apples
    5 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. red hot cinnamon candy pieces
Preparation
    Peel, core and chop apples.
    Cook apples slowly (do not add water).
    Cook
    in
    crock-pot on low temperature for 7 to 8 hours. Makes about 3 pints.
