Italian Sausage Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    2 medium onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 envelope Washington seasoning broth
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces; saute in oil in large skillet until lightly browned.
    Remove from heat.
    Saute cut up peppers and onions until tender.
    Add sausage and other ingredients. Stir; cook 15 to 20 minutes on low heat.
    Serve over noodles, rice or rolls.
