Potato Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. white potatoes, boiled and put through strainer
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 sq. melted chocolate (unsweetened)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream the butter and sugar, then add potatoes; beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla; beat well.
    Bake in 3 layers until sides of layers leave pan.
