Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. onion salt (very important)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
    Add cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and butter.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Refrigerate or bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 cups.
