Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Shape into loaf and cover top of loaf generously with catsup. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be baked on broiler pan rack so grease will not be absorbed into loaf.
    Makes 10 servings.
