15 Minute Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chopped clams
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 cloves gloves garlic, minced
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. milk*
    1/2 stick butter*
    1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch (for thickening)
    1/2 lb. linguine pasta
Preparation
    While pasta cooks, saute butter, onions and garlic.
    Add juice from clams and milk.
    Bring to boil and add thickener and clams. Before removing from heat, stir in parsley and remove; pour over pasta.
    Sprinkle with \"Italian cheese\".
    Serve with a salad and bread.
