Scotch Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips (1 c.)
    1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips (1 c.)
    4 1/2 oz. cashews
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    3 ripe avocados
    2 tomatoes
2 to 3 cloves garlic, diced
    3 green onions, diced
6 leafy stems fresh cilantro, chopped
1 to 2 jalapenos, diced (if you like it mild, only 1)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
On high heat, place tomatoes and jalapenos directly on stovetop until slightly roasted.
    Remove from heat.
Peel and slice. Combine with avocados, garlic, onions, cilantro, garlic salt and pepper into a food processor.
On low speed, blend ingredients until they appear blended into a lumpy texture, not creamy.
(I prefer to hand mix in a mocahete, which adds just the right authentic flavor!)
Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dish!
    Muy Bueno!
