Pineapple Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. milk
    7 slices toast
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and break toast into pieces.
    Pour butter over toast.
    Drain pineapple (partially).
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over toast.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Great with ham.
