Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix together. Add carrots and nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in a greased 10 x 13-inch pan or 3 layers.
