Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onions (purple is pretty)
    1 c. chopped water chestnuts (optional)
    1 c. grated cheese (your favorite)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. crackers or Ritz
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook vegetables; drain.
    Line bottom of casserole with vegetables.
    Mix onions, cheese and mayonnaise and seal over vegetables.
    Mix melted oleo and crackers and put on top and bake until bubbly (not too fast).
