Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice, cooked
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 c. onion
    1 or 2 jalapenos
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
