Zelma'S Never Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    milk
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs and shortening.
    Add dry ingredients and enough milk to make a stiff dough.
    Knead dough on floured surface.
    Roll out very thin, cut in strips and drop into boiling broth with a teaspoon of Accent seasoning. When dumplings are almost done, add a few drops yellow food coloring and 1 cup of cream.
