Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. peeled ripe tomatoes
2 c. ground onions
6 large bell peppers, ground
9 hot peppers, ground
3 button garlic, ground
2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large 3 gallon pan; cook until mixture comes to rolling boil.
Turn heat down until sauce is barely boiling and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir often, but sauce must be stirred constantly almost all of the last hour to keep from sticking.
Store in 12 (1/2 pint) Mason jars.
