Friendly Fungus-Marinated - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    pinch of salt and pepper
    pinch of tarragon
    little thyme
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms (never wash)
Preparation
    Gently boil the mushrooms for 1 minute, drain.
    The heat will help the marinade to absorb into the mushrooms.
    Serve hot or cold.
