Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
stick cinnamon
3 cloves
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Hard-boil eggs and peel.
Boil all ingredients, except eggs, in a saucepan.
Simmer for several minutes.
Cool until just warm and add shelled, boiled eggs.
Keep refrigerated a day or so to blend spices.
