Zucchini-Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 large bag stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender, drain, mash lightly and drain again. Make stuffing according to directions.
    Layer 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Mix rest of ingredients together, layer and then top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
