Peach Almond Cream Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) container Borden sour cream
    2 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 (21 oz.) can peach filling and topping
    sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    In bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lemon and extract; mix well. Reserving 6 peach slices, spread remaining filling on bottom of pie shell.
    Top with sour cream mixture.
    Top with reserved peach slices and almonds.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate.
