Baked Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. cubed or grated Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
paprika
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
2 c. crushed soda crackers
Preparation

Mix well first 6 ingredients and place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Combine 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine and crackers and spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cover loosely with foil during latter part of baking to prevent drying out. Serves 12-15.
