President Clinton'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    rind of 1 1/2 lemons, grated
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss sugar, flour and cornmeal with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
