Turkey Keema - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground turkey
    3/4 c. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. ground garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. red chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oil and fry onion until golden brown.
    Add ginger and garlic, fry for a few more minutes.
    Add ground turkey, tomatoes and all the spices; fry for a few more minutes.
    Add 2 to 3 cups water and cook until turkey is tender and gravy is thick.
