Shrimp Creole Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 to 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and cleaned
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Place butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat full power 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
    Stir in green pepper, onion and celery. Cook full power 6 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir halfway through. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir to blend.
    Mix in tomatoes. Cook full power until heated, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cook full power about 6 minutes, or until shrimp are fully cooked.
    Stir twice during time.
    Remove bay leaf.
