Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, sliced into bite size (2 to 3-inches long by 1-inch wide)
    1 (3 oz.) can boiled and sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Tenderize meat; brown steak quickly in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add mushrooms, onion soup and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Mix sour cream and flour.
    Add to meat and simmer until sauce is thick.
