Shredded Carrot And Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely shredded carrot
2 tsp. grated onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad dressing
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine carrot, onion, eggs and salt.
Add salad dressing.
Toss to combine.
Refrigerate about 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Yields 4 servings.
