Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar soup
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    In a large frying pan, heat oil; toss in broccoli and onion.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add cream of chicken soup. Reduce heat.
    Stir in cheese, milk and salt; cook until bubbly. Place rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole and add broccoli sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
