Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 orange, quartered and seeded (use rind and all)
    1/4 c. dried or candied apricots
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine cranberries,
    orange
    and
    apricots and put 1/2 the mixture in\tthe
    blender.
    Blend well.
    Add the other half of mixture, blend well. Add sugar, ginger, almonds and raisins to mixture.
    Refrigerate.
