Caramel Apple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
2 Tbsp. butter
2 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 to 1/2 c. old-fashioned or reduced-fat caramel apple dip
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl until fluffy and well-blended.
Spread on bottom of pie crust.
In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and add apples.
Cook, stirring, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Drain well on paper towels.
