Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. tortillas (1 doz.), torn in pieces
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat or cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped green pepper and celery
1/2 c. onions (if desired)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet.
Add onions.
Mix soup, tomatoes and milk.
Alternate
meat
and
tortillas.
Pour soup mixture over meat and tortillas.
Poke with knife so soup runs through meat. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Top with cheese.
Put back in oven for a few minutes for cheese to melt.
