Mexican Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 (7 oz.) bag yellow rice
    1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    shredded lettuce
    Fritos
    cubed fresh tomatoes
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to directions on bag.
    Saute onions and ground beef.
    Add chili mix, canned tomatoes, salt and pepper to beef mixture.
    Add rice.
    Mix milk and cheddar cheese soup together and beat until creamy.
    Pour over meat mixture.
    Top with cubed fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and Fritos.
