Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can drained, skinned and boned salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones and flake salmon.
    Add other ingredients except pecans and parsley.
    Mix well and chill until easy to handle.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, mix pecans and parsley.
    Turn salmon mixture onto this and shape into a log.
    Serve with crackers.
