Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients together until smooth.
    Grease casserole with butter.
    Pour mixture into dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
