Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add milk and eggs; mix well. Add oil; mix thoroughly. Fill buttered muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
