Mock Chopped Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. canned peas with juice
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. walnuts, finely ground
    1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
    oil
Preparation
    Saute the onion until brown.
    Blend all ingredients in food processor.
    Serve chilled with crackers.
