Pan-Fried Potatoes And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into chunks.
    Cook potatoes in oil over medium-high until some have browned.
    Add zucchini, salt and pepper.
    Cover; cook over medium-low until zucchini is done.
