Cottage Cheese Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion until soft.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
    Make croquettes.
    Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Serve with gravy.
