Chocolate Eclair Cake(Serves 15 To 18) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    4 eggs (best at room temperature)
    3 pkg. French vanilla pudding mix (instant)
    3 3/4 c. cold milk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    3 oz. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to boil (melted). All at once, add flour and salt. Beat until mixture forms ball and leaves sides of saucepan. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each one (it will be like play dough). Spread into lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Remove. Pierce bubbles with fork while hot. Cool completely.
