Fried Alligator Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    gator meat
    buttermilk
    flour
    peanut oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak the fingers in buttermilk for several hours; drain and salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat about 1-inch of oil in frying pan. Shake the fingers in flour.
    Place in frypan in hot oil on medium heat for several minutes, turning until all sides are brown.
