Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Using your hands, mix ingredients well.
Roll into 1-inch balls (or about the size of an English walnut).
Place on cookie sheet and cook at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
