Sourdough Culture - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Allow milk to stand in a warm place for 24 hours.
    Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour.
    Allow to stand in a warm place until it forms bubbles and becomes very sour.
    When ready, place in a large, loosely covered bowl and place in refrigerator.
    Never use metal bowls or utensils when working with sourdough.
