Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup; mix well.
    Shape into 20 small meatballs and place in large saucepan.
    Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
