Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh fruit
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Put fruit, sugar and salt in greased baking dish; dot with butter.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and egg.
    Spread over top of fruit; cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until fruit bubbles.
    Uncover; bake 25 minutes longer.
    Serve warm with topping, custard or ice cream.
