Gold Coast Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 c. chopped onion
generous dash of rubbed sage
2 stalks chopped celery
Preparation

In skillet, brown chips (use shortening, if necessary).
Pour off fat.
Stir in soup, water, carrots, onion and sage. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add green pepper and celery. Cook 15 minutes more until done. Stir occasionally. Serves 4.
