Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. fresh ground cranberries
juice of 1 orange
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Grind berries.
Add sugar and let stand overnight.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water.
Mix all together.
Put in dish; let set in refrigerator overnight.
Add 1/2 envelope gelatin.
